Any funding offered through BoostWallet is structured as a commercial transaction, including but not limited to the purchase of future receivables or other business-purpose arrangements. There is:
No interest rate
No APR
No fixed repayment schedule
No guaranteed repayment
All obligations depend on business activity and performance.
3. Business Purpose Only
All funds obtained through BoostWallet must be used solely for business purposes, including operating expenses, working capital, and costs associated with independent contractor activities.
Funds may not be used for personal, family, or household expenses.
4. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
BoostWallet does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for consulting with your own advisors regarding the suitability of any transaction.
5. Account Information & Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:
Identity information
Business activity
Banking details
Income history
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services or termination.
6. Bank Accounts
You acknowledge that any bank account you provide — even if in your personal name — may function as your business operating account for purposes of receiving business-related funds and receivables.
7. No Guarantee of Funding
Submission of information does not guarantee approval or funding. BoostWallet reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify any request at its sole discretion.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for:
Personal or consumer purposes
Illegal activities
Fraud or misrepresentation
